Avoid Housing Scams!

BUYER BEWARE... several housing agencies promote themselves to exhibitors and attendees as an official contractor with AOC. They solicit companies for rooms that are outside of our official housing block. Companies have experienced significant problems with these firms regarding confirmation of rooms and deposits. Official AOC hotel solicitations will only come directly from a crows.org email address. Please know that AOC Show Management does NOT provide your contact information to anyone other than our official show contractors. AOC is not responsible for any reservations made with any other firm.

 

Hotel Parking
In addition to discounted room rates, AOC has secured a $5 discount on prevailing self-parking rates for attendees.

• For those individuals staying at the Gaylord, at check-in please indicate that you have a vehicle. Your keycard will be activated to allow for in and out privileges as well as apply the discounted parking rate to your room
• Please ensure that at check-out you keep one of your keycards to allow you to exit the garage
• For those individuals driving to the Gaylord each day, you may pick up discounted parking vouchers at Registration & Badge Pickup, located in the Maryland Ballroom Foyer
• Valet parking is also available (not discounted, no voucher needed)

 

Resort Fee
The daily resort fee ($27.00 + tax) is included in the guest room rate for AOC attendees and covers the following in-room amenities:

• High-speed Internet access in guestrooms
• Twenty-four hour access to Fitness Center
• Access to the indoor Junior Olympic-sized pool and river view pool deck (seasonal)
• Local, toll-free and domestic long-distance telephone calls
• Two bottles of Aquafina® water per room, per day
• Up to $18 complimentary dry cleaning per day
• Complimentary transportation on the National Harbor Circulator Bus
• Coupons with saving at the resort and local area
• One complimentary ride on the Capital Wheel

 

Getting to the Convention Center/Hotel

The Gaylord does not offer an airport shuttle service to nearby airports. Guests may arrange for taxi or car ride app services.
