Volunteer

Volunteers are critical to the success of AOC 2025! We are currently seeking volunteers to assist with successfully executing the event.

All volunteers must be reliable, possess exceptional customer service skills, be friendly and interactive, be well-spoken and professional, and have basic knowledge and understanding of the AOC organization and event. Individuals should wear comfortable walking shoes and business attire. Volunteers are welcome from attendees, speakers and industry/exhibiting companies.

Returning in 2025, a Master Pass registration fee refund will be provided to volunteers working the following total number of hours:

• 5-9 Hours = 50% refund
• 10+ Hours = 100% refund

Each volunteer who is planning to attend sessions must register and pay for a Master Pass (or other badge type if not planning/wanting to attend all sessions) registration in advance. Once volunteer hours are confirmed post-event, a refund for the Master Pass will be processed provided all hours are fulfilled onsite. The refund will be processed within two (2) weeks of the event end date.

The Master Pass registration type includes access to Main Stage/General Sessions, Breakout and Technical Sessions Tuesday – Thursday, Program Manager Briefing Series Sessions, the Monday Welcome Reception, all expo hall functions including lunches and drinks receptions, and all recorded sessions and briefings as released by the speakers. Registration does not include access to any pre-/post-convention courses.

AOC does not reimburse travel expenses including food and beverage or hotel rooms.
