Exhibitor Happenings

One of the best ways to guarantee you see the attendees you want to see at AOC 2025 is to invite them to visit your booth. We want to help facilitate this by showcasing your booth through our Exhibitor Happenings. We want to know if you have any special events planned for your booth during show hours. Examples include a product release, demonstration, live Q&A, giveaway, game or contest, coffee or specialty drinks, tasting samples, or other notable happening.

To have your Exhibitor Happening included on the AOC 2025 website and app, please complete the form below by November 21 — we will not be able to accommodate late additions. Submissions will be added weekly.
