Crows' Nest
At the center of our bustling expo hall is the AOC Crows’ Nest!
Open during official expo hall hours, the Crows’ Nest has lounge areas for attendees to relax and network. It is also the site of the AOC membership area and store, AOC sales office, JED desk, and chapter desk.

Support Our Troops With HeroBox
AOC and the AOC Foundation are partnering with HeroBox during AOC 2025 to support deployed service members worldwide. Attendees can visit Hero HQ in the Expo Hall to help assemble care packages that provide comfort items and encouragement to those serving on the front lines – strengthening the human connection behind the technologies and missions we advance as a community.

Share Your Story: The AOC History Committee is collecting short video clips from attendees onsite. Reserve 20-mins to record your account of a military operation or professional achievement as a member of the EMSO community.

Small Business Showcase
AOC invites you to participate in the Small Business Showcase at AOC 2025. The event will take place at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, National Harbor, MD, December 9-11, 2025.
Small Business Showcase participants will enjoy networking among 2,500 professionals from nearly 40 countries, including representatives from over 65 AOC chapters from around the world. The Small Business Showcase will provide access to leaders from the government, military and industry, including DOD acquisition officials, MOD staff, military EW and SIGINT program managers, EW operators, and both public and private sector subject matter experts.
