Important Information Regarding Visa Invitation Letters
- Each individual requesting an invitation letter must register themselves for AOC 2025 and complete the online visa letter request form.
- Your name must appear exactly as it does on your passport. Any discrepancies between your passport and the invitation letter or other documents may result in visa delays or denial.
- AOC reserves the right to request additional information regarding your company or organization to verify the validity of your request.
- AOC cannot contact U.S. Embassies or Consulates on behalf of individuals seeking entry to attend the event. For additional assistance, please contact your local embassy or consulate directly.
